Senior Data Product Owner - Insurance Data & Transformation

Ageas in Reigate is seeking a Lead Data Product Owner to drive the vision, strategy and delivery of key data initiatives. You will lead large, complex programmes that unlock business value through better use of data and ensure delivery aligns to Ageas UK's strategic objectives.

You will influence stakeholders, shape the operating model and develop Product Owners as the function evolves, championing Agile delivery and customer-focused outcomes across business, data, technology and change teams.
