Senior Data Engineer

Our client is seeking an Data Engineer to join their team for a freelance B2B contract that is expected to last an initial 6-month period. This position would require 2 days a week on-site in Budapest and 3 days remote for the duration.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong Python Development experience.
• RDBMS Sybase & DB2 with very high proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procs, functions, triggers,etc
• Performance tuning of Queries
• Strong Unix/Linux Scripting
• Good Problem solving & analytical skills
• Full software development life cycle understanding
• Good software development practices.
