Senior Cyber Defense Leader & SOC Incident Commander

BoyleSports is seeking a Head of Cyber Security responsible for leading the cyber security strategy and managing the in-house SOC team. The role includes hands-on incident response and providing authority on security policies and controls across cloud and retail platforms.

The ideal candidate should have significant experience in SOC leadership, detection engineering, and possess deep knowledge in AWS security. Certifications like GCIA or equivalent are highly valued, complemented by excellent communication skills for both technical and board-level discussions.
