Overview

Customer Success is a core GTM function at C TWO. Our Customer Team retains and grow ARR over the long term by delivering business value to our customers. We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of key accounts predominantly spread across Western Europe and the US and reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success. You will be the trusted advisor to those customers as you guide them through initial onboarding and their customer journey.

The role requires you to be hands-on, with previous exposure to the RPA and automation environment essential. You will be specializing in areas such as product demos, technical infrastructure and product masterclasses. This is paired with a clear commercial focus that drives growth and seeks out new opportunities for revenue impact.

Originally founded in Norway in 2019 by Erik, Tobias and Anders after spending years helping companies large and small achieve massive improvements in their Robotic Process Automation investments. Validating their early traction the team raised seed and then series A rounds in rapid succession in '21 and '22 from MMC Ventures and Dawn Capital. With Product Market Fit in hand the team are now focused on Go To Market Fit and evolving Product to support many more, larger and more diverse customers in a wider range of automation and agentic technologies.

Core responsibilities
  • Driving the adoption, retention and growth of a portfolio of key customers
  • Oversee and lead the onboarding, installation & configuration of new customers and ensure they successfully adopt the C TWO platform
  • Be the focal point for the customer's every need and become a trusted advisor with customers by deeply understanding their business and aligning their needs with C TWO's solutions
  • Effective tracking and communication of realized business value to customer stakeholders
  • Maximizing contract renewals with minimal churn and contraction in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Finding and developing revenue expansion opportunities in accounts in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Driving high performance across the CSM team by coaching CSMs and leading by example as a senior member in the team
Essential skills
  • Extensive experience in customer facing roles at technology or consulting companies within the Automation sector
  • Demonstrated success managing senior stakeholders and building meaningful relationships with customers, including initiating new relationships
  • Previous experience on the preparation and delivery of regular customer business reviews
  • Strong empathy and advocacy for customers balanced with passion for commercial revenue outcomes for C TWO
  • Ability to use, and train people in the use of Intelligent Automation platforms such as Blue Prism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Automate
  • Project management experience
  • A curious mind that wants to learn about our customers and how we can provide a brilliant experience to them
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to specialists and non-specialists
Preferred skills
  • An understanding of a wide range of automation and complimentary technologies such as LLMs and interactions and connectivity between them such as APIs
  • A firm grasp of Configuration Management, virtualization and hosting services
