Job Description
ABR Talent l Customer Success Recruitment for Start-up & Scale-up SaaS businesses seeks a senior Customer Success leader to shape the scaled CS function and mentor two Managers. You will drive adoption, renewals and commercial outcomes across a £4-5M ARR portfolio of almost 1,000 customers.
You'll engage in executive customer conversations, coach your team, and set the standard for customer value, retention and ARR growth, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on customer engagement.
