Senior Customer Service Lead - Complex Accounts & Ops

Uniphar is seeking a Senior Customer Service Adviser to join the Specialised Distribution Team in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin. This on-site role focuses on end-to-end order processing and escalation management for complex accounts.

You will build strong relationships with customers and partners, support Sales and Key Account Management, and drive continuous improvement across pricing, data accuracy, and reporting. A minimum of 3 years in customer service and advanced Excel skills are required.
