Salary on appointment will be £27,869 per annum with an annual increment up to £28,249 per annum. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Customer Service Advisor to join the UEA Sportspark.

Key duties of the role include leading and supervising a team of Customer Service Advisors to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the reception. You will also be responsible for making bookings, selling activities, memberships and responding to customer enquiries across the full week on a rota basis.

You will haveGCSEs at Grade C / 4or above in English and Mathematics or NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service (or an equivalent level of qualification) and aproven track record of providing outstanding customer service in a busy customer facing environment.
