Senior Customer Journeys Lead

Sheffield City Council is building its Customer Experience Capability to improve how residents experience services. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst, Customer Journeys to lead customer journey improvement work across projects and services.

You will lead, mentor and manage Business Analysts, driving consistent tools, methods and standards, and ensuring high-quality analysis that informs practical improvements to services and outcomes for residents.
