Senior CSM, Sales & Service Cloud (Signature Focus)

Salesforce, Inc. is recruiting a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in the United Kingdom. You will serve as a trusted advisor, forging deep relationships with customer organizations and account teams, while driving value from Salesforce investments.

The role may require travel to customer sites and some after-hours coverage to ensure success during peak events. Office-flex role with an expectation to be in the office 3 days per week, supporting Signature deliverables, renewals, and expansions.
