Senior CS Strategy & Growth Operations Lead

Mixpanel is seeking a Senior Customer Strategy & Operations Manager to partner with the VP of Global Customer Success and drive how we understand, retain, and grow our customer base. You will diagnose drivers of upsell and churn and design scalable, post-sales systems powered by data and AI.

You'll blend strategy with hands-on data work, analyzing at the account level, building AI-powered tooling, and ensuring CS signals translate into revenue actions.
