Senior Customer Marketing Executive

Location: Hybrid 3 days in the office - West London

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 Circa

Department: Customer Marketing

Contract: Permanent - Full time


A leading London-based property services brand is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Executive to join its Customer Marketing team and help shape the future of its CRM strategy.


Known for its innovative marketing, data-driven approach and fast-paced culture, the business has built a strong reputation across the property market through a combination of technology, customer service and an iconic brand identity. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking marketing function in a company that values creativity, performance, and internal progression.


Reporting to the Head of Customer Marketing, you'll be responsible for building, delivering and optimising our CRM programmes with a focus on driving engagement and conversion. If you're a skilled copywriter with hands on experience in marketing automation and a strong track record in CRM, this role could be suitable for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and optimise automated lifecycle communications to nurture leads and engage customers at every stage of their journey via Braze.
  • Plan and deliver targeted CRM campaigns to promote services across customer segments
  • Manage operational customer service notifications
  • Develop creative marketing assets to boost sales funnel conversions and maintain high engagement levels
  • Identify and build segmented customer audiences for tailored communications
  • Lead a robust test-and-learn strategy to drive continuous improvement
  • Analyse campaign performance and present insights to internal stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with CRM trends, tools and competitor activity


What We're Looking For

  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills
  • Technical aptitude and hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms. Braze is preferred but any other equivalent would be suitable.
  • Proven experience in delivering effective CRM strategies and measurable results
  • A creative mindset with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
