Tidewater Marine UK Limited in Aberdeen invites an experienced Crewing Coordinator to manage crew rotation across allocated vessels. You will advise on recruitment, transfers, and development, ensuring smooth handovers and cost-effective operations.

Based in our Aberdeen city centre office, you will join the UK Crewing Team, work Mon-Fri, and play a key role in cadet programmes and study leave initiatives, while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and communication.
