Senior Credit & Collections Analyst (High-Growth Tech)

Segment (Twilio) is seeking a Credit/Collections Analyst to drive collections on outstanding accounts receivable and related processes. The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving as you interface with customers, partners, and internal teams in a fast-growing tech environment.

You will monitor commitments, analyze delinquent accounts, and collaborate with Sales and Billing to resolve issues, provide weekly cash forecasts, and support process improvements.
