Senior Cost Manager

Hybrid (3-4 days in office)
Salary: Up to £80 000 + benefits

A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Cost Manager to join a fast growing Project & Cost consultancy based in London. This is a project delivery-focused role, suited to someone with strong technical expertise, excellent attention to detail, contract administration experience and a full grasp of working through the RIBA stages from inception - project completion.

You'll be working across multiple live projects from start to finish across sectors including Residential, Social Housing, Higher Education, Commercial New Build as well as mentoring junior staff, and contributing to a high-performing, professional team. They offer a clear progression through to director level.

What we're looking for:

• Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS)
• Strong contract administration and technical delivery skills
• Experience managing projects from inception - completion
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
• Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
• Comfortable with undertaking business development
