Senior Cost Manager - Fit-Out & M&E (Dublin)

DesignBuild Search is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in cost proposals and cost management for varied fit-out, commercial, refurb and M&E projects across the greater Dublin area. The candidate will oversee budgeting, contractor selection, bidding, and value-for-money analyses.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Quantity surveying with 5-7 years of experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication.
