Senior Cost Estimator - Data Centre & BIM

Soben seeks an experienced Estimator to lead cost estimation for complex projects, including large Data Centre bids. You will analyse designs, prepare detailed estimates, and coordinate with engineers and management to ensure accuracy and timely cost management.

With 8-10 years in estimating and familiarity with CostX, Candy, and Causeway, you will influence project decisions and support the reporting cycle for estimate changes. A MRICS or equivalent is preferred, based in the UK.
