Senior Corporate Transactions Lead

DAC Beachcroft LLP is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Corporate team in London. The role involves leading transactional work for a diverse client portfolio, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and corporate advisory matters.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of PQE with strong experience in corporate transactions, excellent analytical abilities, and a 2.1 degree from a Russell Group university. The position offers potential for career progression to a Partner role.
