Chadwick Nott is assisting a UK Top 50 firm in recruiting a Senior Corporate Solicitor (Director or Partner) in Oxfordshire. The role offers £100k-£180k salary, PQE 8+, permanent, and full-time hours.
You will advise a diverse client base on significant corporate matters from business inception to exit, including high-value M&A, private equity, fundraising, governance and strategic commercial advice. A clear path to partnership is possible for exceptional candidates.
