As the UK's favourite property platform, Rightmove aims to give everyone the belief that they can make their move. To help us achieve this, we're looking for a Senior Corporate PR Manager to join our PR and Content Team in the London office for a 12 month FTC.
You'll have extensive experience building strategic proactive and reactive PR programmes that align with a company's business goals and brand direction alongside a solid background in corporate communications and reputation management.
Perhaps you've been working in an agency and want the opportunity to bring your skills in-house, or you may already be in-house and are looking for a new challenge.
What you'll do- Work closely with a range of teams across Rightmove, including senior leadership, brand and social
- Build and manage external relationships across the property sector - spanning trade, business and consumer media, as well as develop strong connections with key government stakeholders
- Keep the business informed each day on the latest news and developments in the property and tech landscape
- Use your strong organisational skills to design and deliver PR programmes that clearly communicate our key messages
- Solid experience in reputation management and building proactive corporate narratives
- Strong writing and communication skills and immaculate attention to detail
- Experience developing B2B stories, either in the property industry or the ability to adapt your skills from another industry
- You may not have any experience working in property PR or you may have worked in property PR for your whole career so far, it doesn't matter to us as long as you can bring awesome transferable skills
- You'll be a dab hand at making simple stories out of complex datasets - if the story doesn't write itself, we move on to one that does, as we know we only have about 10 seconds to get a journalist's attention
- The ability to juggle a number of tasks each day including a busy press office
- You're happy to share on call out-of-hours
