Senior Corporate Counsel -£110k, 12mth FTC

Overview

Global financial services operator are looking for a Senior Counsel to cover a 12 month maternity leave contract. This is a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days per week required in the Central London office. You must be available to start immediately (latest by end of November).

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate advisory and general commercial contract support.
• Assist on compliance and regulatory matters.
• Support cross-border matters across the company's international network of offices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions, most commonly Treasury, Finance and Tax, via the legal team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' PQE; ideally from a corporate background but open to banking & finance lawyers moving into a generalist in-house role.
• Qualified in the UK & Ireland; applications from other Commonwealth jurisdictions will be considered.
