Job Description
Role Overview 
- Join our high performing Corporate team in a newly created role.
- Act for an incredibly diverse client base, from start-ups and SMEs to household name corporates.
- Help clients with a broad range of work, including the sale and purchase of businesses, shareholder agreements, capital raising, share buy backs, business structuring, loans, and corporate governance.
- Manage workflows and transactions in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Effectively communicate directly with clients.
- At least 3 years of hands on corporate law experience as a qualified lawyer in a reputable law firm or organisation, with a specific focus in general corporate, corporate advisory and M&A work
- Excited to act for a diverse client base, from start ups and SMEs to larger corporates
- Strong track record of managing transactions end to end in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing workflows and deadlines efficiently
- Confident in direct client engagement, including:
- Providing practical, commercial advice
- Building trusted client relationships
- Explaining complex legal issues clearly and pragmatically
- Commercially minded, solutions focused, and aligned with a modern, growth driven legal services model
