Senior Corporate Associate - M&A & Advisory Leader

Jobtailor is seeking a lawyer to join its Corporate team in a newly created role. You will advise a diverse client base, from startups to household-name corporates, on a broad range of corporate matters including M&A, governance, capital raising, and structuring.

The position involves handling workflows in a fast-paced environment and communicating directly with clients. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on corporate law experience, a proven end-to-end transaction track record,
