# Senior Corporate Actions PermanentWe currently have a new opening within the Corporate Actions & Income processing team of this leading London based International bank. Interested candidates must have proven experience of the front to back processing flows across mandatory and voluntary events. Additional knowledge of Corporate event impact on Derivatives positions and associated processing, and automating Corporate Actions processes would be beneficial. Primary responsibilities will include:- Ensuring all BAU processes are performed in an efficient manner. Responsible for the processing of mandatory and voluntary Corporate actions including Optional Dividends. Daily oversight of the outsourced Income processing ensuring all daily checks & controls are maintained. Handling daily cash reconciliations. Good Excel skills are required.
