Senior Conversational AI Designer & Strategy Lead

Barclays is seeking a Senior Conversational AI Analyst to design end-to-end journeys for banking services across digital and offline channels. You will create service blueprints, journey maps and prototypes to drive business outcomes, and develop intuitive interfaces for digital banking platforms and apps.

The role requires extensive NLP knowledge, strong data-driven decision making, and proven leadership abilities to align across the enterprise and guide cross-functional teams.
