Senior Contracts Manager & Quantity Surveyor - Fit-Out

Catering, a well-established fit-out and refurbishment contractor, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Hatfield.

You will manage projects from pre-construction through to completion with values between £1m-£5m, overseeing commercial management, budgets, subcontractor procurement and final accounts. A strong background in fit-out or refurbishment is essential, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
