Job Description
United Infrastructure is seeking a Contracts Manager (Repairs & Maintenance) to lead delivery of social housing repair and maintenance contracts from our Thame site. You will oversee operational teams, ensure performance against budgets, and safeguard client and resident relationships.
Ideal candidates will have proven contracts management experience in social housing, strong financial control skills, and a full UK driving licence. SMSTS and CSCS are desirable. Competitive benefits offered.
