Senior Contracts Manager - Housing Repairs & Projects

Sellick Partnership is seeking a Contracts Manager for repairs and maintenance in the Nottinghamshire area on an initial three month temporary basis. You will lead repairs & maintenance teams, oversee inspections, ensure H&S compliance and manage client relationships to meet KPIs within budgets.

The role requires significant housing/construction experience, driving licence and willingness to travel for meetings. Housing repairs/capital works procurement experience is preferred.
