Senior Continuous Improvement Lead - Asset Performance

REFRESCO is seeking a Continuous Improvement Team Lead to drive focused, data-driven improvements across critical production assets. You will lead from the front, identify performance gaps, and design robust engineering solutions with measurable gains in efficiency and cost at the Bridgwater site.

Working with CI Engineer and CI Technician, you will deliver structured plans, champion FIT initiatives, and ensure best practices are adopted across the site.
