Senior Content Designer - AI-Driven CX Journeys

Sky is looking for a Senior Content Designer to join the digital customer experience team on a 9 month secondment maternity cover. You'll drive world class content across the My Sky app, and transactional communications, working in an Agile environment to meet business and customer needs.

You'll join Sky's Customer Experience Centre of Excellence, shaping journeys, leveraging insights, and collaborating with multiple product teams to deliver measurable customer outcomes.
