Vets Now, part of inspiring vet care, is seeking an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader for our Dunfermline site. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional service for pet owners while collaborating with our UK network.

The role requires leadership experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to coach a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility with hours is important as some Saturdays and bank holidays may be required.
