Senior Consultant/Team Leader - M&E & Construction Trades

Overview

Salary £40,000 to £50,000 + Commission + Team Override. 1st year OTE £65,000

Established supplier of blue-collar freelancers to the M&E, Civils and Constructions sectors are seeking a Senior Consultant ready for the next stage in their career or experienced Team Leader seeking to run their own division.

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the MD, you will be responsible for an immediate team of 5 experienced consultants with the remit and investment to grow the team further.

• This role provides a good opportunity to join an established business, with full accountability for staff development and where you will be instrumental in the strategic growth of the business across the region.
