DescriptionTo support our continued growth, we are looking to employ a Senior Consultant to join our consulting team. Working with Client organisations, their Housing, Customer and Asset departments to deliver a safe, reliable and efficient services. Provide visible leadership and management for area teams responsible for delivering high quality services, ensuring all key operational and financial targets are achieved in line with the aims and objectives of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering all fundamental aspects of being an employee of Lumensol, to include personal training and development, compliance with policies and procedures, upholding our values and contributing to our fantastic team culture
- Ensure that services are provided in a way that keeps customers, colleagues and third parties safe, a quality service is delivered and complies with H&S legislation, policies and procedures
- Be accountable for the performance of contractors to ensure they deliver in alignment with business and commercial needs
- Ensure that services anticipate and respond to changing business requirements, risk and customer expectations, whilst maintaining high levels of employee engagement, risk awareness, and safe working practices
- Manage the design and implementation of robust and efficient business processes that deliver a great customer service and that drive customer satisfaction improvements.
- Support the protection and safety of our customers, with safeguarding procedures correctly followed, to ensure appropriate identification, monitoring and reporting of safeguarding concerns
- Establish and maintain strong and positive relationships with key strategic partners.
- Experience of working with DLO's and/or contractors
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Energy, enthusiasm and a drive to work hard and learn as part of an experienced team
- Positive, polite, organised and professional in everything that they do
- Ability to work effectively without high levels of supervision
- Experience of working in teams and alone, and delivering to challenging deadlines
- Proven ability to work methodically, follow procedures and manage information
- Proven ability to communicate effectively - in writing, face to face and by phone.
- Social Housing / Local Authority experience is desirable
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications e.g. Work, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
