  • Location: Full time with 1- 2 days a week in London

At Peridot, we are proud to partner with a diverse range of arts, heritage, and culture organisations to support them in appointing the inspirational leaders shaping the future of the sector.

From galleries and museums to festivals and theatres, we understand the power of culture to enrich lives, connect people, and create meaningful shared experiences grounded in curiosity, joy, and learning. We know that people are central to creating and delivering the experiences on which our sector depends.

For over 15 years, we've built trusted, long-term relationships across the cultural landscape, from world-renowned institutions to small, dynamic start-ups. Whether recruiting a new Chief Executive, COO, Artistic Director, or Treasurer, we offer a highly tailored, personal approach to executive and non-executive recruitment that reflects the unique needs and ambitions of each organisation.

We work alongside our partners to find and appoint exceptional leaders from within and beyond the sector, who can maximise potential, lead with vision, and make real impact. We combine deep sector knowledge with bold thinking, encouraging clients to make confident, values-aligned decisions.

Now, we're looking for someone who shares our passion for arts, heritage, and culture, and who brings a strong understanding of the current landscape. You'll have significant experience in the sector, and you'll thrive on developing and winning new business with insight and integrity. Whether your connection to culture is personal or professional; as a Trustee, volunteer, or former practitioner we value people who are genuinely rooted in the sector.

Experience matters, but values are paramount to us. Our driving values are: Be brave, Bring rigour, See the bigger picture, and Sense and respond. We uphold these principles in all we do. We are respected for our high standards, quality service, and commitment to creating social impact. We build long-term, meaningful relationships that add real value to our partners.

We are committed to doing the right thing, with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Joining Peridot means becoming part of a team of exceptional people. We pride ourselves on our flexible, empowering, and enjoyable culture. We are proud to be a Living Wage Employer and a Fostering Friendly Employer.

If you're ready to help shape the future of leadership in the cultural sector, we'd love to hear from you.
