Senior Conference & Banqueting Manager

Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Conference and Banqueting Manager at Clayton Hotel Sligo to lead the C&B team, plan events, and drive guest experiences. You will report to the General/Deputy Manager and oversee meetings, conferences, weddings, and related functions with a focus on cost-effective operation.

The role requires 2-3 years in management, strong organizational and communication skills, and flexibility to work mid-week, weekends, and evenings in a 3/4-star hotel environment.
