Senior Concierge, High-Touch Crypto Customer Success

Coinbase is seeking a Concierge Specialist IV to manage a portfolio of our highest-value customers. You will act as their primary contact across products, mentoring junior agents and driving improvements in satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.

You will coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations to resolve complex issues end to end, while educating clients on new features, Coinbase One, and other value-added services tailored to their needs.
