Senior Compliance Lead - Insurance Regulation & Risk

Argenta Group, headquartered in London, is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to own the Conduct Risk framework and lead regulatory reporting across the Lloyd's marketplace and global operations. You will guide colleagues, provide senior stakeholder challenge, and support delivery of the Compliance Function's objectives.

You will influence policy, drive improvements in customer outcomes, and oversee complaints and governance materials in line with PRA, FCA and Lloyd's requirements.
