Senior Compliance & Monitoring Lead - Social Care

Hull City Council is seeking a Compliance and Monitoring Officer to join the Adult Social Care Compliance Team. The role ensures services meet contractual, statutory and regulatory obligations while monitoring quality, performance and value for money across in-house and commissioned care.

You will analyse data, support improvement plans, and help maximise income through appropriate charging and funding arrangements, with a focus on outcome-focused services for clients.
