Senior Compliance & AML Oversight Leader

Mphasis UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of Compliance, Compliance Oversight & Money Laundering Reporting Officer to provide independent oversight of the regulatory compliance framework and to lead AML/CTF defenses in a FCA-regulated environment.

You will act as SMF16/SMF17 subject to FCA approval, report to the Managing Director, and collaborate with the board to embed Consumer Duty, effective governance and a strong culture of compliance across the business.
