Senior Complex Care Team Leader - Lead, Plan & Rehab

Mash Care in Cambridgeshire is seeking an experienced Complex Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker to combine hands-on care with leadership. Based in the client's own home, you will oversee a dedicated team and have 15 hours of admin time weekly to manage care plans, risk assessments and the wider package.

The role covers leading the team, creating and updating rehabilitation plans, reviewing risk assessments, rostering, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality care.
