Senior Community Mental Health Nurse - Older Adults

Wight Healthcare is seeking a senior clinician for the Older Persons Community Mental Health Team based at Cromwell House, Winchester. The role involves managing a caseload, providing assessment, diagnosis and recovery-focused care for older adults with dementia or functional mental illness, and working with carers and other services.

You will supervise staff, produce reports, and participate in duty and clinic activities.
