Working within Adult Social Care and Health this role will have a strong focus on our Technology Enabled Care programme ensuring we can improve outcomes for citizens, change social work practice and offer choice in social care provision.
We are seeking a tenacious, driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team. The main focus will be on the implementation of our strategy to embed technology enabled care as a way of improving independence and choice for citizens and carers.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with multiple stakeholders, including social work teams and the Citizen TEC Board, sharing information clearly and empathetically
- Inspire, train, and demonstrate TEC (Technology Enabled Care) to various audiences, ensuring understanding during deployment
- Lead the commissioning of new services or projects
- Undertake effective contract management, including drafting and shaping service specifications and contracts
- Develop key documents such as data processing agreements and data protection impact assessments
- Lead and support a team, encouraging growth and maximising potential
- Present data-driven insights to stakeholders in a meaningful and accessible way
- Respond quickly to changing priorities and meet deadlines as required
- Ability to communicate clearly, adapt messaging to different audiences, and show empathy
- Comfortable with shifting priorities and fast-paced environments
- Knowledge and ability to commission services/projects effectively
- Capable of delivering demonstrations and training to both small and large groups
- Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in documentation
- Proven ability to manage and develop a team
- Ability to gather, interpret, and analyse data for evidence-based decision-making
- Skilled in translating complex data into meaningful insights for stakeholders
