The Opportunity

In this role you will:

  • Develop and implement the commissioning strategy, plans, and procedures for the project.
  • Drive the end-to-end commissioning process, including scope, schedule, and quality assurance.
  • Attend key project meetings, monitor progress, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Conduct site inspections to review QA/QC and commissioning activities.
  • Provide independent oversight of client-appointed commissioning teams and third-party vendors.
  • Facilitate coordination between design, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Review and approve detailed commissioning scripts and documentation.
  • Track and report progress on commissioning milestones, budgets, and interdependencies.
  • Ensure compliance with client standards, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have proven experience managing commissioning on large-scale data centre projects.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including UPS, switchgear, generators, cooling systems, and critical infrastructure.
  • Can develop and execute detailed commissioning scripts and schedules.
  • Hold a degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.
  • Are currently living or looking to move to Farciennes (you must have the legal right to work already)
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy building lasting relationships.
