Senior Commercial Underwriter - Build & Scale MGA

A growing MGA firm in Alderley Edge seeks a Senior Underwriter to help build a commercial underwriting proposition from the ground up. This role offers significant autonomy in decision-making and a chance to influence the growth of the business from around £2m to £6m. Candidates should have over 10 years of commercial underwriting experience and thrive in dynamic environments. You will work closely with leadership, shaping product development and broker partnerships, while mentoring the underwriting team.
