Job Description
We are looking for a talented commercial systems analyst to own the CRM-adjacent commercial sales tools such as Lusha, Sales Navigator and Outreach, and their integration with the CRM, ensuring they are configured, maintained, and embedded into GTM workflows. Who we are

What's the purpose of your role?

By owning the adjacent sales enablement tools, your role combines strategic input with hands on execution, driving adoption, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

What you'll do Tool Ownership
  • Act as the primary owner for Lusha, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and related integrations.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning for commercial tools and provide insights on enhancements.
  • Ensure seamless integration with CRM and other systems.
Operational responsibilities
  • Perform first-line configuration and troubleshooting for all tools.
  • Maintain data hygiene across integrated systems.
  • Manage user provisioning and permissions for tools.
Vendor Management
  • Own relationships with tool vendors, managing SLAs and renewals.
  • Coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting and upgrades.
Adoption & Enablement
  • Deliver user training and onboarding for tools.
  • Monitor usage and adoption, implementing corrective actions.
Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to embed tools into workflows.
  • Support accurate reporting and dashboards leveraging these tools.
What you'll need to succeed Qualifications / Training
  • CRM administration (Dynamics 365 required) or similar systems.
  • GTM productivity
  • Sales enablement tools including Lusha, Sales Navigator, Outreach and related integrations
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) and data management principles.
  • Previous experience in a systems analyst or CRM administrator role.
    Exposure to commercial operations or revenue operations environments is advantageous.
Knowledge
  • Understanding of CRM architecture, workflows, and data governance basics.
  • Awareness of integration concepts and API driven processes.
Skills
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting ability.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.

  • Proactive and structured, with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative and service oriented, with a strong sense of accountability.

Location

This is a hybrid role - your office base is Haddenham.
