THE ROLE

For a commercial property lawyer 6 + pqe, ideally with a broad range of experience of dealing with the following: sale and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, property finance as well as provide property support on corporate transactions;

THE CANDIDATE

With experience from a City, West End or regional firm, you will be looking for new challenges with an expanding team.

Additionally:

• Excellent client service levels and an understanding of the range and type of clients the firm acts for and their needs is essential;
• Ability to develop and foster strong and effective relationships with team and clients essential;
• Proven expertise of working collaboratively and as part of a wider team; and
• Self-starter with a hunger and enthusiasm to develop own practice and generate business development ideas.
