Job Description
RNLI is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead contracting activities for a diverse estate portfolio in Wales and the West region. You will manage contracts for lifeboat stations, moorings and beach lifeguard units, ensuring value, risk control and timely delivery.
You will draft and edit major and minor construction contracts, oversee compensation events, and report on commercial performance while aligning with the organisation's 5-Year Plan and 2040 strategy.
