Senior Commercial Manager: Cost, Procurement & Delivery

Rullion is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and Building Surveyors on site in Sheffield. This permanent role is 36 hours per week, with occasional travel to other locations as project needs dictate.

You will oversee procurement, cost reporting, cash flow forecasts, and cost planning while ensuring budget adherence and Health & Safety compliance. MRICS or equivalent qualification is preferred.
