Senior Commercial Leader, Facilities Management Growth

Sewell Group is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial strategy and governance for the Facilities Management business. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will guide financial performance, bids, and procurement while driving value and continuous improvement across the organisation.

You will develop the commercial function, support client relationships and ensure compliance, with a focus on profitability and sustainable growth in Hull.
