Senior Commercial Finance Lead for Manufacturing FP&A

4C Executive Placement is seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Lead to own the finance function across a multi-site manufacturing group serving the UK, Ireland and Europe. You will partner with the MD and Board to drive financial discipline and strategic insight.

The role requires a proven leader with strong FP&A, costing, FX and capex experience, plus a track record of modernising finance processes and systems to enable scalable growth.
