Senior Clinical Pharmacist Leader - Acute Care

The Wellington Hospital in London is seeking a Lead Clinical Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Team. The role provides leadership across dispensary, inpatient and outpatient services and oversees governance and quality improvements.

You will mentor pharmacists, work with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to strategic service development within a large acute hospital. On-call and weekend rota are required as part of the role.
